Construction preparation and setting out → paving and nailing asphalt tiles → inspection and acceptance → watering test.

Construction process of asphalt tile:

(1) Requirements for base course of asphalt tile laying: the base course of asphalt tile shall be flat to ensure the flatness of roof after asphalt construction.

(2) Fixing method of asphalt tile: in order to prevent the high wind from lifting the asphalt tile, the asphalt tile must be close to the base course to make the tile surface flat. The asphalt tile is laid on the concrete base course and fixed with special asphalt tile steel nails (mainly steel nails, supplemented by asphalt glue).

(3) Paving method of asphalt tile: the asphalt tile shall be paved upward from the cornice (ridge). In order to prevent tile dislocation or leakage caused by water climbing, the nail shall be paved according to the method of layer by layer overlapping.

(4) Laying method of back tile: when laying back tile, cut the asphalt tile groove, divide it into four pieces as back tile, and fix it with two steel nails. And cover 1 / 3 of the joint of two glass asphalt tiles. The gland surface of ridge tile and ridge tile shall not be less than 1 / 2 of the area of ridge tile.
