4.1 scope of application
1) It is applicable to reinforced concrete roof and wood (or steel frame) roof system. The surface of concrete Watchboard on sloping roof shall be flat, and the wooden Watchboard shall be subject to anti-corrosion and moth proof treatment.
2) It is mainly used for the sloping roof of low-rise or multi-storey residential buildings and commercial buildings.
3) It is applicable to the roof with a slope of 18 ° ~ 60 °. When it is > 60 °, the fixing measures shall be strengthened.
4) When the asphalt tile is used alone, it can be used for waterproof grade III (one waterproof fortification with waterproof cushion) and grade IV (one waterproof fortification without waterproof cushion); When used in combination, it can be used for waterproof grade I (two layers of waterproof fortification and waterproof cushion) and grade II (one to two layers of waterproof fortification and waterproof cushion).
4.2 selection points

2) The slope roof should not use waterproof coating as waterproof layer or waterproof cushion.
3) When asphalt tile is used for concrete roof, the thermal insulation layer shall be above the waterproof layer, and the thermal insulation material shall be extruded polystyrene board (XPS); For wood (or steel frame) roof, the thermal insulation layer shall be set on the ceiling, and the thermal insulation material shall be glass wool.
4) The asphalt tile is a flexible tile, which has strict requirements on the flatness of the base course. It is tested with a 2m guiding rule: the flatness error of the leveling layer surface shall not be greater than 5mm, and there shall be no looseness, cracking, peeling, etc.
